Reengaged by Peace Corps to redesign its Medical Clearance Process

Peace Corps: Tactegra has been reengaged by the Peace Corps to redesign its Medical Clearance Process. Building upon our initial assessment and recommendations in early FY23, we will employ our Design for Six Sigma process design expertise. Our goal is to improve the agency’s ability to manage the health risks of its volunteers.  Our work will streamline the process, introduce smart segmentation, and administrative off-ramps and provide real-time analytics to enhance Medical Clearance Nurse Productivity. Due to the critical nature of this process, we’ll also operationalize the role of a Process Manager for continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement. Additionally, Tactegra will establish productivity benchmarks, offer data visualization complements, and recommendations to optimize system performance.
