An enterprise risk team at a Fortune 100 Company was lacking consistent and centralized documentation of key highly regulated processes. In an effort to meet internal audit and regulatory requirements, a professional services partner was needed to:

• Design a centralized repository where documentation could be stored and shared

Tactegra’s consultants identified and prioritized business processes requiring remediation across the client footprint by partnering with Risk Management to design and execute standardized interviews of 150+ process owners and Subject Matter Experts.  Additionally, the team created a user-friendly repository that is the ‘single source of the truth’ for the organization and includes workflows, procedures, risks and controls, regulation alignment, and pain points as part of the artifact library.
