Tactegra has entered into a new contract with NIEHS to continue the work we started in FY 23. This work will further develop and strengthen the agency's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) program. Our objective is to enhance the program's foundation by collaborating with the Chief Diversity Officer and the agency’s leadership to operationalize the Office of Environmental Health Research Strategy and the DEIA Advisory Board. Additionally, we will play a key role in implementing DEIA strategies and measurement systems and continue supporting the program through communication, training, and analytics using our C.A.R.T. framework. Over the next six months, we will conduct focus groups and surveys to promote inclusivity and accessibility throughout the organization.
